Welcome to GSC11 Bali Tours. By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from GSC11 Bali Tours and payment of the required deposit (minimum 30% of total package price). We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to the tour start date. For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total package price
• Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total package price
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund

4. Changes to Itinerary

GSC11 Bali Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, or government restrictions. We will make every effort to provide an equivalent alternative at no extra cost.

5. Travel Insurance

GSC11 Bali Tours strongly recommends all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Our packages do not include personal travel insurance unless explicitly stated in the package description.

6. Liability

GSC11 Bali Tours acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from actions of third-party suppliers. However, we are fully responsible for the quality and safety of services directly provided by our company.

7. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in chosen activities. GSC11 Bali Tours reserves the right to exclude any participant whose condition may endanger themselves or others. Please inform us of any medical conditions at time of booking.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Badung Regency, Bali.

Refund Policy

At GSC11 Bali Tours, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below before making a booking.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: cancellation within eligible timeframe (see Terms & Conditions), tour cancellation by GSC11 due to force majeure, or significant itinerary deviation without equivalent replacement.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Items

• Visa and immigration fees
• Travel insurance premiums
• Third-party bookings confirmed on your behalf
• No-show fees

How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request in writing to refund@gsc11tours.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
